Haiti Relief EffortsWe have been in touch with several missions agencies with which Colonial is affiliated discussing their plans to provide aid to Haiti following the devastating earthquake. Using a trusted agency is essential to insure aid is appropriately disseminated and effectively used. Our staff will be evaluating the plans of ABWE, TWR and other agencies to determine how we'll distribute disaster relief gifts. Colonial members and attenders who would like to be financially involved through Colonial can write a check to "Colonial Baptist Church" and designate "Haiti Relief Effort" in the note section of the check. Sunday nightsThe Passion Week of Jesus, the pivotal point on which all human history turns, is at once the most awful and the most blessed week in all of human history. Join us Sunday evenings, starting January 17th, for a special series, as Dr. Doug Bookman traces the course of those final days of Jesus’ mortal life. There will be a time for Q&A at the end of each session. Extensive notes will be provided. |

Food driveColonial and area ministry With Love from Jesus are working together again this winter to help feed the poor in Wake County. The mission of With Love from Jesus is to provide for the physical and spiritual needs of the poor in our area. Bags available February 7th, collection February 14th. |
